Payment Method
Please do not send cash. Make checks payable to Cary Francis Group. Your check must be drawn on an U.S. bank, payable in U.S. dollars. We also accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus. Shipping charges will be invoiced as item ship unless otherwise specified.
Time Saver Service
Take advantage of our time saver service, which guarantees same day shipment. You will be charged actual freight expedited charges. If you need order by a specific date, please indicate in the space provided on the front of the order form.
Delivery Time
Most catalog merchandise is stocked at Cary Francis Group and will ship within 48 hours of receipt of order.
Shipping Information
Domestic - All orders are shipped UPS ground, however larger orders may be shipped via common carrier. If you require special handling such as airfreight or third party billing, please note this on the front of the order in the space provided.
International - All orders are shipped via DHL unless otherwise specified. Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to a $20.00 handling fee in addition to freight charges. International freight insurance is also available at $.70 per $100 value of merchandise ($2.00 minimum). Call Customer Service for more information.
Merchandise Returns
Our products are 100% guaranteed. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. When returning merchandise, include the shipping documentation, the merchandise, and Return Authorization Number. Closeout, custom or sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Please contact your Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization Number. If merchandise was damaged due to freight mishandling, please document the damages and we will initiate a claim. All damage or over/under shipment claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of order.
